Sugar Land also proudly displays its eight outdoor parks, built for the enjoyment of its 70,000 strong population. Experts suggest that there would be further increase in the outdoor activities as this has been the trend with most Space City suburbs.

Sugarland education system also has strong foundation and in a recent survey it was named one of the 100 best school districts in America in which to obtain a fine arts education.
